In the role as a Care Manager, licensed professionals have the privilege of working with individuals to reach their hopes, dreams, and desires through person-centered planning. The Care Manager is responsible for linking and coordinating individuals to services and supports within Northpointe and within the community. The goal is to assist individuals to develop natural support systems, obtain medically necessary services, and gain/maintain skills to achieve independence. Our Care Managers have the opportunity to impact lives in a significant way. Opportunities exist to work in this role in a variety of programs with different populations of people including children, families, and adults. |

Behavioral Health TherapistsLooking for a variety of professionals who qualify to work as a Behavioral Health Therapist!

Peer Mentor
The Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD) Peer Mentor works with service recipients to achieve their goals which are identified through the person-centered planning process. A Peer Mentor has a living experience with I/DD and behavioral health services which is crucial for building relationships with service recipients. Openings in various programs including outpatient and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Behavior Technician (BT)Behavior Technicians work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism or with other behavioral conditions. The goal of ABA is to increase developmentally-appropriate skills to facilitate an individual’s independence. |
