NOTICE:

Northpointe is open and has been through the pandemic but we are not seeing people in the offices currently. It is recommended to utilize phone and video for services when possible. Our team is working hard to ensure that when we open the office we are able to keep everyone safe. This takes a lot of planning and allocation of supplies which are in high demand across the country.

If anyone feels they need to be seen face-to-face please notify your care manager for arrangements. Before anyone is seen face-to-face we will ask questions to screen for COVID, require face coverings, and attempt to maintain 6 feet of distancing during appointments whenever possible.

Thank you for your patience as we ensure all necessary measures are in place to keep you, our staff, and our community healthy.
