Staff Information

We are going to continue with our current Northpointe procedures and continue to monitor cases closely. It is extremely important to be cautious as we are seeing more positive cases in our counties than ever before. We work with a vulnerable population that relies on us to keep them safe. Wear your mask, use hand hygiene, keep 6 feet distancing, limit gatherings, and stay in tune with your own health. (Please get an influenza vaccine)

The measures we have implemented are of the utmost importance at the current time-

  • complete your screenings at the beginning/end of your shift
  • complete the COVID questionnaire with individuals before you see them face-to-face
  • provide services using telehealth unless it is clinically necessary to provide the service face-to-face
  • wear your mask, perform hand hygiene, and maintain your distance
  • report symptoms to your supervisor (for CLS working in the group homes- notify the home manager who will notify your direct supervisor) and lay low if you are not feeling well even if you do not think it is COVID
