What are Emergency Crisis Services?
Northpointe ensures support for mental health emergencies 24 hours a day, everyday. Individuals may call or present to one of our 3 main clinic sites to receive assistance in preventing or resolving a crisis situation during business hours. Crisis staff are licensed professionals with specialized training in crisis intervention to assess the nature of the crisis, level of risk factors, and develop an appropriate response plan. After business hours, walk in crisis services can be accessed at Aspirus Iron River, OSF Saint Frances, or Marshfield Dickinson.
