What are Emergency Crisis Services?
Northpointe ensures support for mental health emergencies 24 hours a day, everyday. Phone support is available to assist in preventing or resolving a crisis situation. Crisis staff are licensed professionals with specialized training in crisis intervention to assess the nature of the crisis, level of risk factors, and develop an appropriate response plan. During business hours, phone and walk in crisis services can be accessed at any of our 3 main clinic sites.
