Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19)

Northpointe has been closely monitoring the emergence of Coronavirus-19 & the rising number of cases in Michigan. We are staying updated with the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS).  Northpointe has made some temporary changes in services to prevent the spread of the virus.

We are here for those people in services or who are seeking services!

Northpointe has stopped all non-essential face-to-face visits & have implemented using telephone and/or video to provide essential services. We are encouraging people, including staff, to remain at home. Customer Services is available to answer all calls Monday-Friday from 8-4 pm to assist you.

  • The Phoenix Center, Gathering Place, Community Ties, Choices, Clubhouse, & the Drop-in Center are currently closed and will follow the directives of MDHHS regarding re-opening.
  • Our residential settings are following the Governor’s Executive Order for visitor restrictions and also screening anyone who enters the home for symptoms. (Maple Ridge, The Pines, Boyington, Belgium Pointe, and Hughitt Street)
  • Nurses are available for calls regarding medications and to ensure prescriptions are refilled.
  • Crisis services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling 1-800-750-0522.

We will continue to provide new information on our website & on the Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System Facebook page to keep you updated.

It is our goal to provide services without putting any one at risk of exposure & to play our part in reducing the spread of the Coronavirus.

Thank you and please stay healthy!
