Job Information

Two year associate degree in business with an emphasis in accounting and at least one year of accounting experience. Job duties to include: compiles and sorts invoices substantiating business transactions for preparation of payment through the accounts payable system; compares invoices to purchase orders or other documents to verify receipt of goods and authorization of times; verifies and posts details of invoices to proper vendor and general ledger account numbers according to procedure; creates Excel spreadsheets for multiple uses.
