This is a full-time position in our Kingsford Office. HR Director plans, directs and oversees payroll, personnel, training, and maintenance; stays current on applicable laws/regulations; assists in recruiting, interviewing and selecting employees to fill vacant positions, etc. Requirements of Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Management, Public Administration, Business, or related field preferred: Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A minimum of three (3) years of managerial and supervisory experience in public or private personnel management is required. Northpointe offers a competitive compensation package.
