QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or a field related to behavior analysis and approved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board from an accredited institution of higher education. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Must have one year of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating children with autism and a valid driver’s license
JOB DUTIES: Develops and oversees intensive behavioral treatment, using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to treat children on the autism spectrum. Is responsible for all aspects of clinical direction, supervision and case management for ABA interventions.
