Your rights, while receiving services from
NBHS, are guaranteed by the Michigan Mental Health Code and
Administrative Rules. If you feel any of your rights have been violated
you can go to

Michigan Rights Site or contact the office of Recipient Rights at
(906)779-0555 or (906)779-7294 to file a complaint or receive
information concerning your rights.
